We ordered delivery from here awile ago and it took around 7 minutes after ordering to get to us. Today we ordered delivery from here and it took over half an hour to get to us and we realized that they forgot the potato salad, i called the store and an employee answered the phone and i started to explain that i just had my order delivered and i got hung up on. As someone who works in fast food this is extremely disrespectful. Wont be ordering from here for a long time
Employees were sitting outside with boys while we were trying to enjoy our delicious jimmy johns. They were drinkin chocolate shakes from MCDONALDS! But other than that the food was Splashtastic!

Went in ordered a sandwich. Was there for 30 mins they called my sandwich but it wasn’t what I had ordered. The women then said “bro this is what you ordered.” I think this is pretty rude considering I kept my cool. But not too happy about this. I love Jimmy John’s. But this was just unacceptable.
