Tonight I went there and got the 20 dollar fill up box had to wait 5 min for the food. I thought cool it will b fresh.Once I got home the chicken was soggy and raw the nuggets were raw the biscuits were ok if I didn't live across town I would of took it back won't b back for a while

Poor all the way around obviously and is no way safe plus this place has done alot of wrongs to people plus its
Poor management. Kaitlyn is immature and should never have been put in a manager position. They have moldy food and cookware. Not to mention when being called out, she threatened to call dcfs on her ex employee for exposing the truth. Walmart and county Market are there for your fried chicken needs! ALSO, she is withholding money from said employee!

Ordered on line through door dash got several call from the stating kfc was out of several things on our order ie they didn’t have , sweet tea, dark chicken etc. got order and still wasn’t correct went to call they must had the phone off the hook since I kept on trying for at least 30 minutes since it was close to close 9pm we placed our order at 730p

Waited 30 mins for 2 nugget meals. No one came out to help us or the 3 ppl waiting in front of us for 10 mins. Manager was by herself, and back door propped open after dark. Food was hot and fresh, but it should have been after waiting for so long. Asked for my gravy on the side for my mashed with extra gravy. I was charged 3.99 for a side of gravy. I just wanted one extra scoop of gravy to go on to my mashed. Only asked for it on the side cuz I never get extra gravy when I ask for it on my taters. For as long as we waited I think extra gravy should've been free, for my inconvenience.
