We were running late due to car trouble so we called the restaurant to let them know. The gentleman we spoke to said he would make sure our food was still fresh when we arrived. I told them 30 minutes and sure enough, it was hot and fresh when we got there, even though we picked up almost an hour later than planned! Amazing customer service. Above and beyond expectations! Thank you!
I would probably give this place a higher rating if the new place had dine-in. Since the new place is carry out only, I doubt we will ever use it since we live 15 miles away and would have cold pizza when we got home. We used to visit to old dine-in Pizza Hut about twice a month. We haven't had a Pizza Hut pizza since the old place closed, and we liked their pizza. If the new place somehow upgrades to dine-in we would become customers again.
