What a mess. There are people that shop for customers HANDICAPPED RIDING AROUND AND THE REGULAR SHOPPERS. Not good people running into each other. When you start to pick up something other people trying to pick up theirs. SOME PEOPLE ACTUALLY GET HIT BY handicapped. My husband has. Well looks like they will have to have people writing accident reports when this happens. And people directing people traffic like you do traffic. What a sight this will be. And then customers arguing with each other. This is how shopping at Walmart will be has already started

Worst Walmart in the area. Dozens of employees standing around doing nothing. Took 20 minutes for someone to open the ammo cabinet. Once all the ammo was laid out on the counter and my foid checked I was then informed that everyone in my party must have a foid. It's corporate policy the morbidly obese checkout girl proclaimed. Whatever. Hope she had fun putting all that back. Plenty of other walmarts in the area with friendlier service.

Terrible service, everyone was standing around doing nothing. Had to grab some coffee, while a friend was getting ammo. Lady who finally responded after 30 mins of wandering around, was lazy and didn't want to do her job. So she made up some b******* reason why she couldn't sell ammo past 9pm.

I want to compliment one of your employees in the Pontiac Walmart. Georgette spent at least a half hour with me on the phone helping me find a dinosaur onesie for Halloween. The website said that store had 4, but despite repeated attempts, she was unable to find it. She got another lady (I didn't get her name) to help her look (big thank you to her too!), & they found it! It was important to me because my grandson loves dinosaurs. Also, I was calling from Dwight, so I didn't want to make a wasted trip 40 miles round trip. Georgette took the costumes in the 2 sizes I asked for to Customer Service where I picked them up to try on. Sadly, I didn't get to meet Georgette in person, but I left her a note thanking her. In this world where so many people want to do less than the minimum required in their jobs, Georgette is a great employee! Thank you again, so much!
