Just went there today for lunch. Very friendly staff. Fast service. We ordered mozzarella sticks, and 2 beefs sweet with also hot peppers. Everything came out hot and delicious! Also thanks for the military discount. We appreciate your business acknowledging our service.

Our honest review of Rosati pizza: we all give it an overall rating 8 out of 10. The pizza we ordered was the all meat and cheese, very good.. They lost the points on our rating bc of the service. I ordered the pizza online there was not an option for dine in so I chose pickup. When we arrived the hostess and manager acted like it was a terrible problem that we wanted to dine in. I explained that we were going to order a couple of the $5 deals and sodas. The waitress was sure to explain to me that the tip that I had given online would not go to her! Online order tips go to the front counter personnel. Our waitress was nice and professional.

Not trying to give a bunch of negative reviews but somethings off here. We ordered our food and an appetizer. The appetizer was literally out less than 5 minutes. After 50 min of waiting, neither the cook nor the waitress knew how long it would be for our order. Our main entry's never arrived until, we asked to cancel.They definitely have to go orders placed above dine in here. Fyi...

37 years in the restaurant industry and I have never seen such mismanagement, huge signs advertising pizza by the slice with no pizza available during lunch time, the times I did get pizza I was shorted my change and was told they do not keep change in the register so it gets rounded off in the restaurants favor unbelievable {food got 4 stars if you can get it }

This place is amazing I'm really sad to see all of the negative reviews from when they just opened and were still working out all of the kinks.. service was incredible from the front counter to the server, all very nice and positive staff, food came out hot and delicious, pizza was very fresh and the sauce is the best we've ever had! I wish everyone would try this place it's definitely worth stopping in, we will be back!

Great food and service..clean place. We had the Italian beef and it was outstanding along with the au jus in my he side. Fries were piping hot and my salad was delicious.

We had an Italian sausage deep dish, garden salad with blue cheese (I think it was called cobb), garlic bread, chicken fettuccine alfredo, and fried mushrooms. We placed the order for pick up and they said it would be a 45 minute wait time, but they called within 25 minutes and said it was ready. The food was hot and very fresh. The pizza pie was good, and that's saying something because I'm not a fan of red sauce. The italian sausage on the pizza was REALLY good. The salad was so fresh and was delicious. Their ranch wasnt made in house, so its not my favorite. The mushrooms were very tasty, but I'd recommend ordering those while dining in only. The fettuccine was beyond good. My husband and I loved it. The garlic cheese bread was nothing special in my opinion. It wasn't bad by any means just not a must order next time.Overall the food was high quality and very fresh. Service was great. Next time we'll consider dining in. Our order was around $60, but it was a large order.

Went to see how Chicago's best thin crust pizza stacks up. It's definitely not as crisp as a St. Louis thin crust. It has a decent sauce, and plenty of cheese. The flavor reminds me of Roma's in Bethalto, but the crust isn't as crunchy. The garlic-parmesan wings were big and crispy with plenty of sauce.
