My husband and I passed the restaurant on our way home. We decided to go back, because the only Captain D's we know are in the South. We asked how long they'd been open, and they said 2 years. As soon as we came in, we were greeted by the cashier and the cook. Felt nice to have customer service. We explained that we had to try it since we loved the one in the South. Don't do the drive-thru if you want your order correct & complete. Loved the Captain when I was a kid, & this would have been an amazing nostalgic experience if not for repeating my order, no joke, 8-10 times, and then still not getting what all I wanted. Was so frustrated that I just took the order and left.
