I go to Dunkin every morning. This location is usually fairly good but today I paid for 2 shots of expresso in my coffe and they didn’t even give me one ! They rung the order up wrong but the lady at the window reassured me that even though it wasn’t on the label that my expresso was in there. When I got to work the coffee is very weak and I don’t taste ANY expresso at all. I understand mistakes happen but The reason I am rating so low is because I’ve called so many times to make them aware and got no answer. I spend $12 every morning. I know what expresso taste like at this point & I just want my stuff correct.

Tried using my mobile coupon here a guy at the counter insisted I was using a fake coupon and will not take it. Was very rude and arrogant about how he handled the situation. I insisted that my job I work for gives us these as promotions to use as we are employed. I will be reaching out to corporate about this situation for the fact that the service was terrible not that they wouldn’t take my coupon just the way that he was applying that is was fake like you think 4 dollars will break the bank.

Got everything in the order wrong, 3 coffees none correct, forgot my turbo shot and also didn't give us our donut we paid for. Litterally had to make more coffee at home to add to this iced creamer bc it tastes they barely put any coffee in it.
