I love this place. Friendly staff, delicious food. The only complaint I have ever had is that sometimes it takes a while to get your food. Not sure if they could use more help in the kitchen or need more waitstaff. Regardless - I will continue to patronize this business and just - be patient. Lol My favorite is the coconut shrimp basket with the orange marmalade dipping sauce. Delic...Kid-friendliness: A lot of folks bring their families here.

Most of the menu here is homemade so there may be a little bit of a wait for your food but don't worry the food is amazing and so is the service i will definitely be coming back when I'm in town!
Good basic American fare and appetizers - I especially like their salads. Plus, this is one of the few restaurants in town that is open late and on holidays (even Christmas!), and they take Doordash orders…so it’s a good place to go if you need food and nothing else is open.

This place has always been slow. Today was the greatest!! We got there at 6 and at 8:30 we left because our food had not been delivered. The food is mediocre at best, based on other visits. I actually love dive bars but when I protested the service (or lack thereof) a drunk guy at the bar called me a "fat bitch". If you enjoy misogyny, visit Down Home!!

Ordered the cheeseburger pizza and it was hands-down one of the best pizzas we’ve had (and we come from Chicago so we have high pizza standards)! Hot, fresh food, great drinks and wonderful service. A gem of a restaurant! Shout-out to Stephanie for always providing top notch customer service. Can’t wait to be back!
