best "american mexican" restaurant in quincy. if you are looking for delicious food, great service and worth your money margaritas this is it! if you're looking for authentic mexican cusine, unfortunately despite the other amazing qualities at el ranch- authentic mexican food is not on their menu. there are MANY options and variations but, it doesn't compare to the authenticity others offer. fried ice cream, margs, freshly warm chips, salsa and queso. 10/10 been my go to for almost...read full review

Love Mexican food from here, the Shredded Chicken Nachos are to die for. Always enjoyed eating here, nice place with room for family and friends. Service is excellent. Will definitely go again and again.

The best Mexican restaurant in Franklin County. Been going to this place since they opened. The chili rellenos are the absolute best I've had anywhere. Great food, great staff.
