Had this been my first experience with this chain I'd never go back again. Food all tasted the same and bland. Service was great food didn't taste good at all. I'd have returned it if not for the fact I starving.

My family and I decided to have supper at Fazolis. The waitress was very sweet. We got our food in a timely manner. My lasagna was fresh, as was the fettuccine Alfredo, spaghetti, and the garlic shrimp shells. Everything was spectacular.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Customer service was awful. We felt rejected from the cashier immediately. Young girl with blonde hair that had major attitude and seems like she hated her job. They were out of penne noodles and Cesar dressing and a couple of other things. Coming into the weekend rush you’d think the store would have plenty of inventory. We weren’t greeted or thanked or anything. Food was mediocre. My girlfriend talked the place up for hours so I decided to surprise her and it was an awful experience and we will never return.
