Having people purchase a “membership” to get the better prices in these times of high inflation isn’t right. I also don’t like they expect you to visit the store daily to get the “daily” specials. Not customer friendly

Hy-Vee is without a doubt the worst place anyone can go for pharmacy. They often do not have the medicines needed to fill common prescriptions. Items like iron, penicillin, etc. In a lot of cases when they don't have the medicine at one store they try to send it to another store. They often lose the prescriptions and or do not check the recordings to receive them in a timely fashion. When ever you arrive to the pick up window there is usually only 103 or four windows open. The staff is not kind or respectful.

We were the only customers in the restaurant who hadn't already been served, and it still took 40 minutes, which would have been tolerable if the food wasn't served cold. The coffee was also cold. The last time we ate at the Broadway Hyvee, the quality was much better. Maybe they are short-staffed like everyone else, but there's no excuse for freshly made food being served cold.

Man…I remember when Hy-Vee used to be about the customer experience. When I worked there, we were always told to interact with the customer at the register, thank the customer, walk them to the item and not just point and tell them where it was, etc. Now, the kids they have working in every department and ESPECIALLY at the registers don’t care at all about the customer. The amount of conversations I hear regarding whats going on later that night, whose girlfriend said what, or how they can’t stand the job, are too many to count. I doubt they get too high of scores on the “Secret Shopper” evaluations that are always done (or at least were done when I was working there). To end this, I will say that the only time I will ever be in this store again is when someone gets me a gift card. Even then, I may look at just selling it or giving it away. Such a shame a once fantastic store has gone downhill that much. To those there that do care about the customer, I apologize to you. Continue to do your job how it’s supposed to be done. Try to be a leader. But, the majority that I have seen make it extremely difficult to want to go to that store. It’s disappointing when I know many people that still work there.

We eat at hyvee on 1400 harrison alot. Got the Chinese tonight it was terrible. Got the cashew chicken. 3 small pcs of chicken and around ¹5pcs of water chestnuts and and alot of celery. I thought I was buying a cashew chicken. I was very disappointed.
very nice people that hyvee has hired, enjoyable atmosphere, when I have a question and sometimes I have troubles understanding they take time to explain the answer to me where I get it, no longer confused. thank for reading my opinion.

Dude carded me not cool. How do I change the star rating 0/10. I guess I've got to make this longer for it to appear as a review. I go in tryna get some brews dude denied me since I didn't have my I.D. Offered to chip him an extra tener if he did. Old boy said ight at first, slide him the ten dude pocketed it and acted like he never saw it, straight booko bogus b******* if you ask me. I dipped out shortly after that had to leave the brews and short ten $.

Ordered shrimp tacos. Got three tiny shrimp on each one nothing but slaw not much flavor. For 12.00 dollars you think I would have had more shrimp . When I say tiny I mean tiny.
