I ordered numerous pieces of chicken for my mother and several of her friends in the nursing home. Unfortunately, they all said it was super dry, and they did not eat. It was a waste of my money, and I will not visit Quincy Illinois store again. I will say the staff were super nice and helpful when I was placing my order.

I ordered from KFC twice in one day (Took it to parents who were caring for my child and then wife wanted it for dinner, don’t judge me). The staff is always nice, which is the only reason they got two stars. The first order, they forgot an order of French fries. The second order, they forgot an entire entree. Providing the food that is paid for is literally the bare minimum. If you like at least getting what you pay for, go somewhere else.

I have purchased this dinner several times but it will be a while before I get it again . The pieces of chicken were very small and just not the same quality that I’m used to. They have raised the price about 4.00 in the last year. I’m a senior and get the senior discount but still code me 14.00 and some change . If the quality was there would be so bad but I have it 2 stars and that was pretty generous . Like kfc Xander hope the quality gets back where it was a year ago and it will probably be that long until I try them again.

The last few times that I have been there and gotten my chicken bowl, I thought the chicken has tasted very old. I don't think I'm going to go back for a while. Very disappointed.

The past few times we’ve went, they were either closed super early(they close at 9, but I assume they have staffing issues like most businesses around here) or they were out of most chicken items and were super rude about it. We finally caught them at around 8 tonight and they had what we wanted… kinda. My Dr. Pepper tasted like ginger ale, my partner’s classic chicken sandwich had a big bone in it(the picture is what we pulled out of the sandwich), the fries were old and cold, and my drumsticks tasted hours old and were super hard and dry. They were super fast, but idk if that’s a good thing in this case. It took about 4minutes in total to order, pay, and get our food. Don’t come in for dinner expecting fresh food. It’s fine during lunch though. I recommend the famous bowl.
