We went as a valentines gift to each other. I was a little concerned with how young the staff was but they did a fantastic job! Shout out to Cole for making our delicious drinks. The food was great and unique. We will be back!

The food is good the times I have went. However my husband recently tried to make a reservation for four, for my birthday weekend. After trying several times this past weekend and getting no answer, even leaving a voicemail with no return phone call, he called Valentine’s day evening. The guy who answered the phone basically refused to take a reservation request from him. Said “they are having Valentine’s dinner right now and aren’t writing down reservations”. Really? I mean I understand it is Valentine’s Day, but how about trying to answer the phone during open hours or returning voice mails. They obviously have all the business they need. Needless to say, we will be dining at Seoul2Soul for my birthday dinner. They were friendly and more than happy to take a reservation request, regardless of what evening it was.

Loved the food, great flavors that you can taste every ingredient. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. It's not too loud and not too bright. The servers were wonderful and very attentive to every need. They answered questions and made good suggestions. We had a great experience.

Chef and owner, Kevin always knocks the food out of the park. This is the perfect date night location for a high-end meal. Crafted cocktails, an extensive whiskey and wine list. Settle in for a good experience by course. On street or public parking (in back) in the heart of Quincy. The location is small and reservations are recommended. There is no bad meal, everything is always outstanding.

Maine Course is our favorite in Quincy. Perfect, intimate restaurant, often frequented for celebrations. Kevin, the chef and owner, comes up with interesting and complex flavors for his menu items. The filet is always a standby on the menu but the other items rotate seasonally (cocktail menu rotates as well). They have the most expansive bourbon collection in town, possibly in a 2+ hour radius. Would estimate options range in the hundreds. Parking along Maine St. While reservations are not required I would recommend as there are approx 9 tables and a small bar.

Last time we went here/valentine's day 2023/we had a roach on our table and there were a couple on the wall. Was our favorite place until then.

Hiding in plain sight! Everything was well thought out, crafted and delivered. Menu is short and sweet, seasonal and creative. Staff is friendly and attentive. The cucumber gimlet, whipped feta, and adobo pork were our standouts. We can't wait to return.

We enjoyed Maine Course last night and it was fantastic. We started with the cauliflower bites and shrimp cocktail. The house made cocktail sauce was really tasty. 2nd course for us was the house made cauliflower soup (soup of the day). It was smooth and very flavorful. For the main, I had the fish of the day which was Atlantic Flounder on rice pilaf. It was a ton of food but the flavor combination was really well thought-out. My love had the adobo pork tenderloin and he says it was excellent. Shout out to Desmond for the top-notch service as well as the bus boy who kept our table squared away throughout the entire meal (new cutlery and plates before each course). If you’re looking for a quiet and delicious place to dine in Quincy, this is it.

I cannot speak to the food, but I can speak to the amazing bar and whiskey choices! Desmond is an amazing bartender, and will happily help you choose a whiskey, bourbon or Scotch that will tickle your fancy. Highly recommend stopping by and choosing from one of the seemingly thousand choices or one of the special blends chosen by a local whiskey club. What a treasure in downtown Quincy Illinois!
