Having traveled quite a bit across the country I have enjoyed a tasty meal at many a McDonald's. This was not one of them. I ate there twice in one day, hoping the afternoon might be better than the morning. There is a rush, people make mistakes, it happens. Not here. I watched the people working while waiting for my food. Everyone was slow, on purpose. Bad attitudes and no hustle or care made the wait much longer than it should have been. And the sloppy and messy way my sandwich was constructed made the food inedible. I'm glad I used points instead of money, though that was a waste too.

I ordered a caramel sundae and it was nothing but watery whipped cream filled with little to no icecream at all !Shame on the employee would made the sundae and shame on the employee in the drive thru for allowing it to go through the window ?Very disappointed!

Everytime I go to this location (13th & Broadway) something ALWAYS happens... This time I made my usual order but the price was outrageous! Had to figure out why and it was due to someone putting on a big Mac that I didn't order. However, that's not all. I get all the way home after that first fiasco only to find 5 sandwiches I did order wasn't in the bag!!! I was so busy with the big Mac issue and the price that I didn't think to make sure cuz I figured, as most would, that if the mess up was there then the order should be right. Hell no! I don't live in Quincy so making a second trip is out of the question. So of course now I have to wait for what better be a damn good coupon in the mail... Of course the food is good cuz I mean really not hard when it's all the same, however, it wouldn't be so bad but dang almost EVERYTIME! This is my LAST TIME going to this location PERIOD!!!

This McDonald's is like most all McDonald's now days they take care of the drive-through first. Anyone in the lobby has a LONG wait. Employees will turn and look at you but don't offer to help or even get you help. It was very aggravating for those of us who would get out of our cars and go in. Like everyone used to do!!!!

Ordered a medium caramel frappe and they gave me a small. Asked for my receipt when we hadn't even left the window and then I get a medium cup in which they threw the small frappe into and filled the gap with whipped cream. Ridiculous I paid $4.49 for a medium drink and this si what I got!
