Terrible customer service for doordash customers. Came in to pick up an order for a customer. They had 2/3rds of the order made. They decide to skip the last item and make other customers food instead as the other items got cold. Ten minutes later they made the last item. Manager had the audacity to yell across the lot at me because I complained.

Food was ok, customer service sucked: very rude and you couldn’t hear what they were saying and the place was dirty. The prices are ridiculously high for the small amount of food we got. Barely filled half of the bowl.
I was craving chipotle but this was the closest I could get. Excellent alternative. I got a white flour tortilla burrito with brown rice, black beans, and grilled chicken. The chicken was tender with light charring from grilling which made it mouthwatering. I also got grilled peppers and sour cream with some guacamole. You can also get guac here for no extra which is great. Burrito held together as I ate it which means the employee wrapped it right. Kudos to them. They might need to fix their ice machine though, I sat across from it and everytime someone got ice a piece or two would fly out at me.
