“I am fed up with this place. Very poor customer service!!! This is the 3rd time they have screwed up my order for bagels for a holiday gathering. I placed an order 8 days ago and when I arrived to pick it up was told that they didn't have all the bagels, specifically the everything and chocolate chip ones, I ordered because of "supply chain" problems and had to substitute other bagels without bothering to call me and ask what I wanted instead. Meanwhile, the pickup order next to mine on the counter had everything bagels listed on their order. So apparently she just lied to my face. I had called yesterday to add 2 blueberry bagels to my existing order only to be told today that they don't have any more bagels at all. Apparently they don't have any concept of how to plan ahead to be able to fulfill existing orders prior to selling all their product to walk-ins. Don't bother ordering ahead, they won't have what you ordered anyway. And I just checked my order. Not only did they do all of the above but they also shorted me a bagel. So I paid for 18 and only got 17, 7 of which were not what I ordered! Inexcusable! Beyond annoyed! I'm done!“
“The prices are ridiculous. Now that I got that off my chest, I go there because the food and atmosphere is great. My kids and I love going there for lunch on the weekends. I also have the utmost respect for the family that owns this place and want to help support their businesses.“
