I always get the same drink at every Starbucks: the Pink drink. This store doesn't make them sweet enough. It's kind of tasteless at this location.

Not sure if they were short on employees, or just very busy and employees lacked efficiency. We waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes start to finish, longer than I've ever waited elsewhere for actual food not just drinks. We got 2 small drinks and one large, $20. Ouch, already feeling that minimum wage increase in Illinois!

I wouldn't complain if the coffee wasn't so expensive. But being shorted in TWO of your drinks isn't cool. As you can see in the picture. This is where they filled it up to and served it that way. Pay $5.50 and get shorted 4 oz. Thanks Starbucks.

All I can say is do better. Burnt drinks/undercooked breakfast sandwiches/ long wait time. If I’m there ordering it should take priority over a mobile order.
The management and employees at this location are just awesome. Long time Starbucks customer here and figured I would give a shout out to this location for being consistent, caring, and fast! The prices are getting crazy and the atmosphere is created by the caring employees that make me over look the price. Starbucks needs to just get out of the food business. Absolutely nothing I have tried from any Starbucks in the food department is worth the time, let alone the money.
