This cake was amazing. The detail that was put into it by just describing ideas over the phone. You guys knocked this out of the park and I would recommend Underbrinks to anyone. It’s the only place that does our cakes!!!!!!

The absolute BEST BAKED GOODS in Quincy! The people who work there are the sweetest, kindest souls! They know their regulars and take care of them with compassion and even worry about them when they don’t come in on their regular days. The best products are the angel food cakes or cupcakes, the custard danishes, the big radio roll coffee cake, and the brownies! I have had custom cakes made there as well and they have turned out delicious and gorgeously decorated! This is hands down one of my favorite businesses in the area!

I cannot say enough about this amazing, old school bakery. The angelfood cakes, the apple pastry, the caramel pecan coffee cake are just the best! The quality and love that goes into their baked goods is so evident. What a treasure for Quincy!

THE best cheesecake I've ever had anywhere. A+.It made the cheesecake factory (which I tried the day after I had the plain NY style cheesecake from Underbrinks) taste like the cheap, flour-filled yuck that it is.The people at this bakery were also super nice.I also got a red velvet cupcake which, to be fair, although delicious, was not the best I ever had. A-.The cake itself was perfect but the buttercream frosting was not the right choice. Reasonable folks may disagree, but red velvet should always be accompanied by a cream cheese frosting, in my humble opinion, as the buttercream was overpowering for the cake.I'll be going back here for sure to try everything else.
