Over half the time my orders are incorrect so I literally look in my bag before even leaving the drive thru window! Always training new employees so may be the reason for the errors. Still love the steak, egg, and cheese bagels!!!

It's a good location IF they get your order right. They get a little irritated when they have to correct their own mistakes, but that's the job isn't it? I'll keep going back simply because it's the location closest to me, but I'll avoid it if I'm going anywhere else with a McDonald's. Best thing they offer is the play place. I know it can be hard working food service, I did it for ten years. If the job isn't for you, find a new one and move on. Whoever owns this store obviously doesn't care about the type of crew running the store. I asked a McDonald's worker covered in tattoos about my order status and she just simply said I don't have it, without looking me in the eye and walked away. I returned 10 minutes later to ask about my order status and she only looked at me and quickly walked away from me. There was another person ahead of me who too was asking about his order and apparently the sketchy crew gave the order to someone in the drive thru. She appeared to be in charge but consistently ignored my presence at the counter. The owners are oblivious and most likely don't care. Avoid this store at all costs.

It took 3 tries to get 2 medium hot cups of mocha. The girl was rude and she 1st gave me 1 large ice mocha then 2 medium ice cold mochas she said that she was sorry but with a cold look and her voice was sarcastic. This McDonald's was in Rantoul on route W. 136. I will never go back

I don't usually do this but I'm SOOO over this McDonald's missing half of our order EVERY TIME! I understand having Mistakes, but it's EVERY time. And also, i would understand if the people were nice or friendly and maybe apologize. Every time we go there is always someone snapping at us or someone with an attitude. So now we have half of our food cold.
