There’s ALWAYS an issue every time I order from this store. No driver, no food, 2 hour waits. It’s RIDICULOUS! Just close the damn store. The food rarely even comes made right! Then they got the nerve to be rude. I also had a charge on my card for 50$ from them that I NEVER got back and overlooked.

I ordered a Shaqaroni w/sausage added...2nd worst pizza I ever tasted since moving to Rantoul, (the worst was Monical's pizza! I was SO disappointed, after eating 2 slices, I called up Casey's and ordered my favorite pizza! I should've did that from the beginning!!

I would give a 0 star but I can't. These worthless morons made me wait almost 3 hours for my food, just to tell me that the driver is out of town and it would be quite a while before my food will show up. Needless to say I will never order food from them again.

The past few times I ordered online, I requested the bleu cheese dressing with the Papadilla, instead of ranch. Each time I got ranch and not bleu cheese. I didn't make it a big deal. Tonight I called the store to verify I'd be getting what I asked for on the order. The worker's vocal tone was rather short and dismissive when I mentioned I haven't been getting the requested product the past few times. He was overly quick to hang up. I understand it's Friday and the store might be busy, but if you don't take the time provide proper customer service, you will drive away future business.

your own workers just outed themselves on social media for tampering with food just bc they didn't like the low wages and tips. in their rant, the manager has been implicated as well so there's no telling how long this has been going on. hopefully this place gets shut down as there's no telling how many people they have done this to and how many more they will continue to. lucky if you're delivery drivers make it out of neighborhoods after this one.
