What happened to satisfying your customers?? I literally took two bites of my sandwich, and I couldn't stomach it. It was nasty. But, do you think I got a refund or anything?? Nope!! My husband, daughter, and niece said their entrees were good. I guess that's a plus. The manager refused to even offer something else. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for 17 years, I understand that you cannot satisfy everyone. The public can be very trying at times. However, you have to try to make them happy. That didn't happen here. Our server was nice, and did her best when the restaurant got busy. It's tough when you're the only server and have 30 customers. Oh when you pay, use cash, or you'll get charged for using a debit/credit card. We won't be back.

Great pizza it's what you would expect from a home town pizza place. I wish they did something different that set them off from other pizza places in the area. But overall was pleased with my experience.
Excellent pizza with loads of toppings. More than I expected. The only downside is at this time it is carry out only which I'm sure hurts their passing by customers. Still the day we ordered and waited many people came to pick up orders. We'll be back again for sure.

Great pizza and food.Unfortunately, we drove there to sit down and eat as it said they were offering dine-in online, but we found out they are only doing to-go right now via a sign on their door when we got there. Not a dealbreaker for us as we still wanted to order, just wanted to give everyone else a heads up.

Never going to eat at di Carlos restaurant!!! The first time we have ever eaten here and will definitely be the last. The woman who takes the orders is absolutely disrespectful and rude and not customer oriented at all! She did not inform us of really any details about our food, specifically what was on the salads which we didn't ask and she didn't say. That being said my girlfriend just picked our food up and I am really allergic to bacon. I didn't know what they put on the salad, and she as well dumped our dressings on there which is very odd since we asked for extra dressing and makes since if they don't want u to know they didn't give you extra. Besides that I am, I allergic to bacon and my girlfriend went back into the restaurant to tell the woman we ordered from and asked her to have it remade and she flat out refused and says it's not her problem! Like really !! Never again will we be spending money at that restaurant for people who do not put their customers first !
