Red Bud is so lucky to have an such an amazing brewery. They doing a great job of balancing the lighter beers (for the Bud Light crowd) with their hoppy IPAs and porter/stout options.

Me and my daughter decided that after dinner.. Dessert was at Lieferbrau. We tried a few of their Valentines Day Special Martinis!! Chocolate Covered Cherry and the Kiss and Tell. The Banana Mama was yummy too (but not a Vday special) They do not sell food but you are more than welcome to bring in your own food/snacks. Also the prices are sooooo reasonable!!! You will not go broke drinking here!!! Can't wait for warmer weather to enjoy their cute patio with great music!!!!

Excellent small town family brewery!! Very friendly, cozy interior and outdoor patio seating & balcony. They don't serve food at this brewery, however they provided several menu/food options from local eateries and it can be brought to the brewery. Wonderful stop for an afternoon road trip!

I only went for an indoor party, but the outdoor seating area is like a dream. Especially when the snow started to fall. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Love this place! Been going to it since it opened about 4 to 5 years ago. Awesome atmosphere and fantastic beer! The patio is the best and great place to hang.

They have a HUGE drink menu that so sure to have something for everyone on it and is very reasonably priced. Everyone is super friendly, it’s a great atmosphere and they play great music, and they also have a really nice beer garden out back! Definitely a must try if you are in the area and want to grab drinks. They have so many fun and different drinks and also seasonal specials!

We were driving by heading back to Waterloo and saw this and had to stop in. Wow! What a pleasant surprise. I am a bourbon guy and they have a great offering of spirits along with their craft beer offerings. The big surprise was their back patio. What a nice space complete with upper rear balcony where we eventually settled in. I found their pricing on bourbon pours reasonable and enjoyed a pour along with an IPA. Give this hidden gem a try!
Very good beer in Southern Illinois. Great building, their IPAs were very good. I haven't had better beer in the area.

This is an unexpected treasure in Red Bud. The beers are exceptional. I had the flight and enjoyed all four beers very much. You can also sample several different varieties and select the one you like the best for a brew. Our server was very knowledgeable and helped us select the beers that we would enjoy the most. She was spot on! The inside decor is too notch and the courtyard in the back is inviting and very comfortable. Food is an option through food windows onto the back courtyard. We were totally impressed and enjoyed our visit very much. We can't say enough good things about this place.
