Love me some MiCasa!!!! I've never had anything I didn't like, from there. The Monster is amazing, the Beast is a meat lover's paradise, & their salads... oh, just wonderful! I always look forward to going again!!! You can't go wrong with this place! Nina... you've done amazing, keep it up! :)Parking: Parking can be hard to find sometimes, but it's worth it to find a space and walk a little if you have to.

Employees are rude. Always young girls with attitudes. Last time I was here I ordered 2 hot messes to go. I got home after a 40 minute drive to find no meat was on my sandwiches. I also have had the “out of bread experience” but they have 1/2 loaves and would have to charge for 2 halves…there is no logic to that rule other than poor service. You would think after having to close their 2 other stores they would be more efficient in their service at their only location…unfortunately that isn’t the case. I’ve been a customer since the store was just in Sparta. Great food if their is bread and they put meat on your sandwich but service has gone down the tubes.

I got the Roast Beef Melt. I was only able to finish half, and it was SO GOOD. Can't wait to finish it tomorrow. The bread is delicious and more than up to the task of maintaining the abundance of meat, cheese and veggies on this thing. Friendly staff, highly recommended.
Every time I've eaten here I've never been disappointed. Hearty portions and reasonably priced food. Quick to order and fresh bread. Greek vinaigrette is the bomb. My only suggestion is offer more/better drinks. Keep up the great job serving great food!

They have AMAZING sandwiches and their bread is the best! They are locally owned and very friendly. We eat there at least a few times a month. They accept orders over the phone which is super convenient if you are on the go because they will have it ready when you get there. They put a ton of meat on their sandwiches too! Our favorites are the monster (get dressing on the side if you don’t eat there or it will Be soggy) club, or a build your own with ham and cheese toasted with honey mustard, lettuce and pickles! A must have if you’re in the area and love subs.Parking: There is street parking and a parking lot around the corner.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! They have changing tables in the bathroom and a kids menu!Wheelchair accessibility: There is street parking and a wheelchair accessible door (it’s the exit but you can go in that way)

I love the food here but the service is a problem. When we walk in the first thing we’re told is they only have day old bread and ask if we still want to order, we do, so then when we tried to order a whole club ($9) they said they only have two halves and they will have to charge for two halves ($6.75x2=$13.50) instead of a whole sandwich. Makes zero sense, nor does announcing to customers you’re offering them a subpar product with the day old bread then wanting to charge you almost double for it. Maybe cutting the bread to order would be possible. Looking at reviews, other customers have had similar experiences.
