Employee seemed bothered when asked how big pizza slice was. They had no clue how to show me how big a slice was(could have literally showed me a piece). Was trying to judge to see if I had to buy multiple pieces. When I got the pizza it was undercooked, greasy as could be, tasted off. I’ve had better pizza from a gas station in all honesty. Pizza went straight in the garbage after a couple bites.

Aurelios pizza is always delicious! I especially love the mushroom, onion, and green peppers. I haven't been inside to check out the atmosphere which I gave 4 stars. I picked up my pizza through their drive-thru window. This was the only thing that I really didn't like about the service. Sometimes you need to go inside, which is what I'm accustomed to doing at the other pizza restaurants. So, that's four stars for service. Overall, I love the taste of Aurelios-Richton Park pizza!Vegetarian options: Fresh salads, veggie pizzas for those vegans who eat cheese, and pasta.

Our pizza was made wrong. We called to let them know when we got home and was told by the manager we could bring the pizza back or they would send a certificate for us half off. We shared we do not live close by. He did not care. He was rude and inconsiderate. Worst experience with this location. Will not patronize them again. We plan to call the corporate store first thing tomorrow.

I've NEVER liked their pizza. Not enough toppings, sauce and the crust is super thin that you can barely pick it up. Anytime someone else has ordered from them (because I never have) it's always the same disappointment. That's why I e personally never order from them and never will.
