Ordered a Giant steak burrito and a steak tostada, it was ground beef not the steak I ordered and the Giant burrito looked like a small and I was charged 15.50 for it when the menu said it was 10.00 and the taste was very bland. Will never go back!!!

The tacos meat (steak) was crunchy asf.. it literally tasted like dried out meat... and it tasted burnt like they just left it sitting on the side of the grill... wasted $8 and can't get a refund... if they didn't want to make it they should've just said that
I HAD GIVEN THEM 1 star on Oct 25 Because I came in And asked for 3 steak taco cheese sour cream n hot sauceIt was a take out for dinner i was able to contact them and they resolved my issuesI came in the next day because i was into work They knew exactly who and what i was talking abt overall Food Is GREAT .Js they Barely rarely answer the phone so Be aware pple .

There was a point of time when I used to consistently go here with no problems but today I went here and brought a friend with me. He ordered 6 tacos and I ordered 11, he opened his at the restaurant and started eating while I was waiting on my order and his looked perfectly fine. I got home to discover since I ordered a big order they decided to give me very thin tacos with barely anything on it slopped together, they basically just looked like closed shells with nothing in them. I called the restaurant to see if they were willing to replace the thin tacos and they told me the manager claimed that’s how they are supposed to make them now due to an “increase on prices on meats” not knowing that I’ve seen my friends order of 6 that looked like normal sized tacos and they insisted that there was nothing that they could do about it. They have a very cheap and petty business model so be careful shopping with them! I normally don’t write reviews but this was a red flag for me and I would like to warn as many people as possible
