I went to this Popeyes in Richton Park, IL AND ORDERED 3 BEANS AND RICE. THEY PUT OLOT OF RICE AND YOU COULDN'T NOTICE THE BEANS. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND RUDE

I have to come here and say this because this place is too egregious to not have a review. I rarely go to this location but every time I do there is some kind of issue. I have been there and been told at the drive through that they can only accept the exact payment in cash and only the exact payment meaning they can't make any change for cash. No credit, no debit, exact cash because apparently they can't get cash or coins but want to continue to be open. Last night I went to the drive thru and was told "we only have ghost pepper wings". I paused and said ok and continued to order "we don't have any Mac and cheese". Question: why are you open?? Why does this establishment ALWAYS have some problem?? Why is this place run by black people always NOT READY? WHY ARE YOU IN A BLACK NEIGHBORHOOD WANTING BLACK PEOPLE TO PATRONIZE THIS FARCE??Always sub standard yet still running like you opened a corner store with your income tax money. It's embarrassing. Please stop. This is why black businesses get the reputation they get. Just have some integrity and close the doors if you didn't get your supplies. This location is absolutely horrendous. It begs the question of how are you operating a business for chicken and only have one item available. A chicken spot with no chicken. Unless you lost food because of catastrophic event-which means you should close until resolved-how does your inventory get to the point of depletion?? It reminds me of a Madea movie. If interested search Madea ham and cheese on you tube to see what I mean. I would like to go on record with my sentiment being ZERO stars for having no integrity.

Just left there the wait was a long time. They had no Apple pies no Oreo cheesecake or no strawberry biscuits. And my fries were ice cold!!!!

Unfortunately the food on their commercials looks a lot better than it looks after pick up from the store. Need to do a thorough job of covering the wings with BBQ Sauce! The flavor is good, but without it being covered, the overall taste is below par!

This is by far the WORST location I have ever been to in my life. They always forget things in my order. Ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese, got home and no bacon or cheese. Ordered a 3 pc and was told by the very RUDE lady working the drive thru that they didn’t have any of the condiments I requested (honey, hot sauce, Cajun sparkle), only to go inside once I received my order cuz they forgot the biscuit, to find out that they did in fact have ALL of the above mentioned condiments…the lady just lied for no reason at all. This place is so unprofessional. For the cost of that chicken I will take my business to an establishment with better customer service. You have lost a customer with me. I’d rather drive to Sauk village Popeyes than to give this place another dollar of my hard earned money. Just pitiful, and that drive thru cashier lady should be ashamed of herself.
