The cook and the young lady at the counter was very rude. I asked a simple request of certain food items and was given a hard time when I was handed the incorrect item. I then asked for a manager and was told no to come back in the morning. I got a catfish dinner and had to ask for coleslaw and several people had to ask her when it’s supposed to be put in with the meal. I’m huge on customer service and it was terrible from when I walked in and was not greeted after I said thank you after I paid w/no response. But it’s sharks I will not spend my money here again.

My mom and I come out to Richton Park once a month to run errands, and today I was craving Sharks. After we did all our grocery shopping, my mom and I went in and ordered our food. I ordered an 8-piece wing dinner, and my mom got a perch and wing dinner. We also got a plain cheesecake and a banana pudding.The cashier we met today was very sweet. The customer service was fine.However, the chicken was cooked a little too long it didn't bother me too much, although my mom said her fish was fried way too hard. The fries weren't old, but, they were pretty okay. The part that disappointed me the most, though, was that the cheesecake I got did not taste good. It tasted like plastic wrap, very oily. I did call back to let her know, and she offered for me to bring it back, but I live 30 minutes away, so I just wanted to tell them.The cashier did inform me that the cheesecake this Sharks gets is from a company they order from, so just a heads up to anyone who's thinking of getting it.My mom tried her banana pudding and she said it was delicious, sad that we didn't enjoy our whole meal, but I appreciate the lady on the phone offering a solution when I called in.

Sat. NOVEMBER 25TH, 2023, I came into the restaurant and ordered 2 jumbo shrimp dinners. After arriving home and bit into the French frys, it was extremely stale. Clearly, it sat in the bin of under the lamp ALL DAY. Being I was around the corner, I got in my car to return both meals. Little Ms. smart mouth, BAD ATTITUDE BECKY, the cashier, thought she was whispering from the back whispered loud enough for me to hear summoned the cook to taste the fry as if I was lying about getting in my car to waste my time after paying $26 bucks to play games for stale food. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT , visit that location ever again.
