I ordered the chicken pesto Zoodles and asked to add shrimps ? to it. I got everything, BUT THE CHICKEN. I said ADD the shrimp. OMG! Do people listen nowadays????

Sad to see, but the food here has gone down so much. I've gone to this location a few times over the last decade, and remember how good it used to be. However it has now become glorified frozen meals, as the food is bland, portions are mediocre, and quality is at best passable. Not sure what happened but I'm disappointed.

They cashier that took our order went above and beyond, explained what was in the bowls. Even went as far as to bring the food out to our table. What a great guy! Food was good!
Absolutely trash . Got the chicken parm was bland tasteless . Felt like dollar tree pasta and chicken had nasty texture dry . Worst experience I would give 0 stars if I could . Felt like a 3 dollar Meal made by a child . Fire the cook . 30 dollars for two meals one parm was straight unbeatable WOULDNT feed it to a homeless person . a 12 year old kid with an extra chromosome could cook better . Do not support this store .

At the River Forest, IL location (location 638 we believe): First when we walked up to give our order (mind you the restaurant is empty at this time) the guy at the register is sucking on a sucker/lollipop and putting it in and out of his mouth between talking. The food order made in store for dine in was made incorrectly and when asking, out of curiosity, the manager "Jordan" on shift on November 3, 2023 around 7:30pm CT the process to making the BBQ Salad he responded with disrespect and a tone that was very passive. He mentioned they make the chicken in the morning hot then serve it cold in the evening. Then I responded thank you for letting me know and that I was just curious and asking. His response was defensive and said that I was saying he didn't know how to do his job but I never said those words ever. With this conversation going no where I asked for a corporate number and he said he didn't have it or know where to find it. Then I asked his store number and he said he didn't know that either. So quick google search we found both those items with ease. Not to mention the dinning room was filthy even after dinner rush hours. I would be deeply and greatly ashamed if I owned or operated this location because all of the people hanging out in a group in the back with customers waiting and the treatment on top of that as well from a customer service perspective was disappointing at best.
