I love to get a half sandwich with s soup here. Their bread is delicious too. There is plenty of parking at this location. The only reason I marked down the atmosphere is it gets a little chaotic in there during peek hours. Personally I wouldn’t go there to eat and work but again; great selection of food choices.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of food choices for kids. Great menu.
Being that I’m a local to the restaurant community in the vicinity as well as Illinois. Sent my significant other in this establishment on her lunch break being she’s from the Southside and completely oblivious to the area. I persuaded her to try the bread bowl yummy right. As she ask the selection of soups she was intrigued to ask the ingredients in the squash soup for her bread bowl. When she was smacked in the face with vulgar vernacular from a disgustingly disgruntled worker. Quickly replying “I don’t know what’s in the soup” All because she asked are there mushrooms in the soup to which she is allergic to & which is a common ingredient in soups but also in this establishment as well. Where there should have been a simple solution to a question turned into a smart mouth rebuttal from and employee. Thanks for the bad taste in my mouth. I think employee assessments CSM skills & training is past due here.

worst place. im a dasher, so im frequently in and out of restaurants daily. i had showed up too this location to pick up an order and approached the counter to all the employees huddled having a conversation. the woman tending the counter looked at me and went back to her conversation. i asked for the order & she said " one second " and still never got the reply.

It seems Panera's as a chain, has really struggled to find its way back after the pandemic. But recently, I have seen improvements in quality and availability.Today I had one of my favorite items, the egg soufflé and a bagel. They were out, on both counts, of my fav flavors, but good for me I have more than one favorite! I really enjoyed the artichoke/spinach soufflé and cinnamon raisin bagel. Dark roast coffee was a fuller taste than previous recent trys - even though I had to refill the 2 empty coffee urns.I also want to mention my prior visit included the warm Ham and gouda on a toasted baguette- the most delicious sandwich I've had at Panera's for years.

First time eating here. Food was descent. You sat down, ordered online, wait for a screen to tell you it was done and got food yourself. The layout was strange. You picked up food on one side, poured your drink on the other side, and had to search for napkins. I'm not sure if I will come back.
Awesome staff. Free sip club worth it for habitual studying. Occasional amway interviews I find myself having to break up *cough, cough* pyramid scheme *cough* don’t trust him!

was doing a door dash had picked up an order the first time the lady gave me a smart remark when i asked if the order was mine, the second time same day and hour i picked up two orders for doordash had grabbed a cupped for water and she was trying to tell me how to do my job telling me i need to take a order first for a one minute cup of water very unprofessional not sure if this employee is having a bad day but her customer service skills were horrible and her comments should’ve been kept to herself

When ordering on the app it says “Grab your order from the rapid pick-up rack”. I walked in to get my order, no where to be seen not even my name on the screen, so I waited for ten freaking minutes in line to ask were I can get my order just to be told to ask at the window. MY FOOD WAS SITTING FOR 15 FREAKING MINUTES because the employees do not place the pick up order on the rack like they’re supposed to. So now we’re eating cold food. Edit the freaking instructions to say “Ask at the freaking window for your order”
