We have Blondie's right in the town where we live. It has been a neighborhood favorite for years. Family friendly, with great service. The atmosphere can be loud on a weekend morning, so ne ready to shares your conversations. Food is very good, and the prices make it worth the time.

Didn't even get to try the food. Walked in and the hostess with the short grey hair just stared at us with this uncomfortable scowl. Me and my husband, being people of color, did not feel welcome AT ALL. Which is a shame because we really wanted to try the food, being claimed as "chicagos best".
