“It was our first time here and the food was delicious and freshly made, best Philly cheesteak I’ve ever had! The wings were so meaty and had great flavor as well. We appreciated how the staff helped us out with the orders and helping us choose what to try.“
“Yowza! These are some of the best sandwiches ever! Just popped in here for the 1st time and loved what we ordered. Delish and a real value. The sandwiches are bigger than a plate. They were terrific. The next time I need a food for an open house for my real estate business, I am going to buy it from here. www.SarahRothschild.com“
“Great little place. Nice music vibe, decôr funky and cool. Have your dollars ready. Had the gyros fries. Excellent, even after sitting they still had a nice outer crunch. A little less meat that than a normal gyros, pita bread a bonus, tzatziki good, nice amount of tomatoe and onion utop. Gave 4 stars as limes were completely old and dry.:(???“
“I was hungry for lunch and i came across this place and wow, i got a huge surprise. Philly beef sandwiches are delicious!! Especially the bread and cheese flavor! The girl on the bar was also so friendly and pleasant to talk with!I’m from Argentina and had no idea about this “philly” sandwich but i can’t wait to come back now.“
“Unassuming clean building; kind staff; substantial proportions; extra wide bench seating accommodates 4 people easily; everything I have eaten leaves the impression "just like home" and "comfort food." Our go-to place when in the neighborhood. Thank you for your service!“
“Great food, we are first timers! Steak and chicken philly's were amazing, the gyro was perfect!!! Fries were HUGE and tasty! Portions were perfect, the shakes (especially the chocolate) were awesome! Definitely coming back again soon! P.S. Zee went out of his way to make up for a missing order item we discovered when we got home and sat down to eat. Delivered it to us himself. ☆☆☆☆☆“
“my favorite place to hangout & watch any sporting event in the chi…bartenders are absolutely amazing, owner(s) are unreal & they treat the customers like they are regulars & they have a pool table; which in my book anyone that has a table is a great place for me!!! Not to mention everything over there is hella chill good music good food good fun!! keep up the great work “y’all” as my texan & Floridian primos say“
“Service was good. Associates are courteous and patient was non prepared customers . There menu is big. They have a nice variety.Order was accurate and in a timely manner. Ocean perch was fried and seasoned perfectly.Wings cooked well and nicely seasoned with lemon pepper.I recommend the lemonade, it's comes in a variety of flavors. There is a small dinning area but mostly this is take out place. There is a parking lot so that is plus.“
“Down-to-earth, humble spot for some Chicago fast food! They have gyros, hot dogs, burgers, shish-kabob, Italian beef, fries, onion rings, and more. When I was here I got the #8 Greek chicken which was nicely seasoned broiled chicken, garlic bread, and rice. It came piping hot and fresh and served with a drink. I loved it! Their fries and onion rings were delicious, too. Pop's totally reminds me of a true Chicagoan spot for some grub - you'll see locals coming in and out while talking with the staff (because they're regulars) about the Bears, work, or construction nearby on I-90 (very Chicagoan). I loved the lowkey and charming feel here. Their pricing is affordable with most combos (including fries and a drink) being under $11. It's better to eat individually or with 1 person if you want to dine-in since they don't have tables inside, just a built-in tabletop against the walls so you're facing the window/wall when you eat. I recommend taking your food to-go. The 2 men at the counter helping me were personable and approachable. Located in a tiny stip mall off the busy street, this place is a small spot with convenient parking right out in front. Pop's is one humble fast-food place that serves up fresh menu items and Chicago classics. I'd recommend it!“
