I've been to this McDonald's many times and I have to say service isn't good. It seems that the workers for the night shift always have an attitude. The manager there really needs to start hiring new people.
I just ordered 2 cheeseburgers, fries and coffee with sugar. they gave me an order but without coffee. I waited 15 minutes for coffee, the cashier said she would bring it to the car. of course no one brought coffee. We have never been to this McDonald's before and for a first time visit we went through the drive through to pick up 2 mobile orders. Once the worker Ishmael spoke and asked how can he help we stated we had 2 mobile orders and he stated we can only pick up one order and then go around the drive through again for the second. We have never had this problem in any other McDonald's drive through before. Unfortunately he called us a BITCH and told us to get out of HIS drive through. As we proceeded to drive around to go inside Ishmael stuck his head out the drive through window smiling and laughing. We had to go inside to get both our orders and make a complaint. Once we left he recorded my vehicle and plate number for what I have no idea. We we're given the corporate office phone number but Unfortunately no one answered. A voice-mail was left. Hopefully this issue is resolved before he does this to someone else. Not sure we will be visiting this McDonald's again.
