I love the burgers (Whiskey River ? is my FAVORITE). The staff is VERY NICE and PROFESSIONAL. The atmosphere is for the ENTIRE family (adult beverages served ???). My server Jay was the BEST.

The Tsunami shrimp was shockingly good! Everything else was their standard fare - burger and fries, chips, pickle nickles and a freckled lemonade, and was all delicious and fresh. (I have to admit, the fresh diced garlic on the fries beats garlic salt any day).And honestly, the service was a little *too* good - we had two managers and two waitresses check on us so many times that it got frustrating by the end of the meal. If I've got food in my mouth, I can't very well tell you if it's good, so maybe ask once you see I'm in-between bites? And I don't need to be asked 4-5 times if things are good/ we have everything we need... at that point, I'm annoyed that my meal keeps being interrupted so strangers can ask me the same question over and over. Maybe one manager can talk to the other about which of them is doing rounds, so they don't both come by about 30 seconds apart to ask the same thing, and then a waitress comes by another 30 seconds to a minute later! *Let* me enjoy my meal, instead of repeatedly asking if I am. Coordination with your team goes a long way.All that said... they had nice wait staff and INCREDIBLY attentive managers, so you won't want for anything.Vegetarian options: They offer Impossible burgers, if you don't eat meat. Also salads.

I had a craving for a Red Robin’s burger and it hit the spot. The food was great the bartenders were incredible and friendly. Getting seated might be the only issue. There was no one in the front. Same thing happened when I came in earlier December.

The last Red Robin I went to before this was on the West Coast. I don't know if it's just different in Illinois or if it's an inflation thing, but the portion size was much smaller than I'm used to. It was still really tasty but it was almost like there was too much bun. We had ordered the fudge filled cookies for dessert. The fudge center was warm. The rest of the cookie was borderline frozen. Still tasty. Just would have been better had the cookie been at least room temperature around the middle.Service was phenomenal, above and beyond what I expected (which was already fairly high because Red Robin has always had great service). The hostess was charming, our waiter was attentive while being the kind of happy that is contagious, and they checked to make sure everything was good within the first 5 minutes after delivering the food to the table. (Good restaurants do this to make sure you like your food and it's cooked correctly so they can fix it before it's too late, just fyi).It was a little pricey but that was also expected. Two people ran approximately $80 before the tip. (Appetizer, 2 meals, cookies, a soda, and a beer). Parking was nice, they have a huge parking lot so it was easy to get a spot fairly close to the entrance.I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the mood for a good burger.Parking: All around the building, free parking, oversized lot nearby as well.Kid-friendliness: They still have coloring things and crayons to keep kids busy. You can also purchase a game on their pay at the table kiosk.

I ordered a tavern burger and when i got it, it was the wrong burger. I told my waitress that it was wrong that it wasn't the burger i ordered. I told her it was supposed to have crispy onions and her solution was to just give me the onions. Which didnt change the fact that it was the wrong burger it had the wrong ingredients. Had to eat the burger i didnt order. Oh well. When i paid i saw the bill. It had the name to the wrong burger. So she definitely put in the wrong burger thats why i got it.

My husband and I visited for the first time and let's just say we were very surprised. We are already planning our next trip, its pricey but well worth it. I ordered the Fondue Burger and he had the Brisket burger. We also ordered the Brussel sprouts(drool) and wings. Its definitely worth a few return
Great burger; I just kept repeating that over and over to my friend. Tried the coleslaw: I guess it wasn't for me. Oh But that burger. Didn't care for the peach iced tea either.

Went here last night with my kids and husband, the food was great place was clean but service could’ve been better. When we arrived we were told wait was 20 mins and we waited atleast 35 mins, even though we saw plenty of open tables. When I received the text message that my table was ready, the host seemed to be confused. I also over heard the host telling the other host that seating was up to management and she had no idea why she had to wait to seat people. When I got seated and ordered my food it came out pretty quick but my waiter forgot my drink. After he forgot my drink that was the last time I saw him until I asked for to go boxes. The only reason I got the to go boxes was because I asked the host to locate my waiter bc even though he walked past us atleast 20 times he was ignoring us. He was so concerned serving a table he had with 4 business men. When we finally got him all he said was “is everything ok here?”. No apology or anything. Again, food was great, restaurant was clean and atmosphere was great but service definitely could’ve been better.

Came here for the first time today with my wife..We ordered take out but the place looked clean the people were nice and THE FOOD was VERY good..I had the burnt ends and bacon cheeseburger and that right there is why I'm coming back lol that burger was FIRE my wife had the Fondue cheeseburger I think...we both loved the food and will definitely be back! ? Garlic fries are on point also!
