The drink was 90% ice. The hot food was pretty good. Not a fan of the hash round things though.

Go to Starbucks.... Ordered 4 egg, bacon, & cheese croissants. Extremely dry croissants and the bacon was burnt so bad it looks like the devil cooked it. Three of the packs of hash browns were dumped out in the bag and one of the sandwiches looks like someone put it in their hand and squeezed as hard as they could. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks down the street. $40 of regret.

When I went to this location this morning to place my order, granted it was not a normal menu order. I do order it almost every other day at another location. The pricing was figured out and accepted there and at other locations. When a discrepancy in the bill came up she chose to get snarky and rude. She was a rather large woman, with a dark complexion, and tattoos. She was definitely not concerned with figuring out the pricing. Rather just getting snippy and asking me for proof of pricing with a receipt. By no means am I expecting the customers always right type of situation. But at least don't cop an attitude with me.

I've had some issues in the past here but it seems as thought they've addressed them and gotten it turned around now. The times I've gone since, the team members are friendly, kind and helpful.

Their coffee is pricey, but their original blend is very good. I also liked their vegetarian egg white bites. The donuts are horrible but it’s Dunkin. I mean all baked donuts are horrible.

The location in Rochelle is operated about as well as Lightfoot manages Chicago. Long waits, alot of employees standing around, and zero ambition to provide excellent service. This place needs an overhaul in the leadership, culture, and customer service. Do

Went yesterday, everything was good and normal- coffee and cold brew were normal. Today I came in, ordered the same thing, and noticed the color was off (like a watered down iced tea) went in and the employees kindly apologized and told me their manager was watering down the batches of cold brew. After looking around i noticed the doughnut frosting wasn't the right color -they were all translucent. The impression i'm getting is that managers are cutting corners to recover costs, however this is making their quality suffer. I feel bad for the employees as they're the ones who will have to deal with the unhappy customers. Managers do better

Fist time at this location and at Dunkin' (in years). I think the woman I spoke with was Victoria, but I'm not 100%. Either way, outstanding customer service! It was a simple order but I had a few questions, she didn't hesitate. She explained everything and then some. Very kind and patient. I would love to recruit her! I look forward to coming back.

They have stepped it up since last year! Sharday makes my morning everyday, the workers are so nice and my drink is always right!

Every time I go there there’s a new employee serving me and the food quality shows that. Bread is chewy like gum and the cream cheese is nonexistent or spotty. I feel with the high turnover rate it’s not the normal employees it’s the management that needs to be replaced.

They're good when they make it right, but there's a serious lack of consistency. Why did you guys drown my bagel in cream cheese?

Not all, but most of the people that work here are just rude, snotty, disrespectful people. They treat customers with that same disrespect, and every time you go in, all you hear is employees gossiping about everybody and they mama. Sorry but who wants to be surrounded by drama-oriented, childish, and disrespectful people when you’re just waking up and want some food/coffee? I’m not one to complain either, but this is a little extreme. If customer service is a significant part of your job, so is respect, compassion, and putting your pride and ego aside to be a great employee. It’s really not hard to be a good person.

$5 latte. All foam. Blank look of confusion from worker as to why I asked why it was empty. Lord help these people
