You would be better off to get food from the dumpster. This is absolutely the worst Mexican restaurant I've ever had, I've been all over country... extremely overpriced and quality is below bad, I highly recommend getting gas station food over this place.

We stopped for lunch, we had been here before. Was truly disappointed this time. Carne asada ( steak) was very dry, overcooked it seemed like day old meat, no taste . The salsa & chips( were old) nothing spectacular. My husband enjoyed his agua de horchata. Cheese fries were cold & the cheese was rather thick to my liking. Service was ok. Need to update the prices on the menu. Everything we ordered was anywhere from $1-$2 more. We decided we will no longer stop again. For the $$ we spent most definitely not worth it.

I was finishing work and decided I wanted Mexican food before I had a meeting in Rochelle. I did a quick Google maps search and saw what appeared to be a small family business.Parking was easy and the location was easy to find. I sat down and after a recommendation from the waitress, I placed my order for a burrito with sides of rice and beans.I like it when I find a place where the flavor of the food isn't generic, but rather clearly their own recipes. El Senor is just such a place.The food was at the table in under 5 minutes, perfect temperature and fresh and was clearly prepared for me after I ordered.They had Spanish language music playing and the owner asked me if I preferred something else. I thought that was considerate but was happy to listen to what was playing.It's not a fancy place, but who wants fancy at a Mexican restaurant? It was exactly what I hoped when I searched for Mexican restaurants in Rochelle.I'll be back.

First time here. We really loved our food! Tacos and a steak burrito. Feesh pico with chips. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely not a fancy place, but clean and welcoming. Pico was fresh and delicious.. bought 16oz to bring home! We will be back.

I asked for my burrito meat to be well done and it was not and with a lot of nerve my wife’s tacos were tasteless and the tortilla was cold. I don’t recommend this place it’s just not good the lady server is not polite either

Can't get a delivery order right. The last two attempts to have food delivered have resulted in either missing food or made the order incorrectly. For the price of mid level food, you would think service would be amazing. This is just not the case. El Sol, and Teca are far better options.
