I ordered off door dash ...they were late an when I called about my order the kid on the phone was absolutely rude and very sarcastic. The food was nasty and the presentation was that of slop I will never go nor order from here again !!!!!! ?

I ordered 2 combos for delivery. With a pasta salad on the side. I paid $3 for 2 bites worth of this so called pasta salad. My sandwich was messy. The delivery took well over 15 minutes after taking 20 minutes to even leave the store. They also forgot our chips with the order. I'm actually thoroughly unimpressed with this

Okay so the sandwich was alright (I might’ve gotten food poisoning) , but I was eating my chips and they tasted off so I looked at the bag and realized that my CHIPS were expired by TWO YEARS??? HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN? THEY ARE CHIPS HOW HAVE THEY EVEN HAD THEM FOR THAT LONG?

If you are searching for a hot sandwich this isn't the place , it was good thou but not what we expect it. The service was really good and the atmosphere of the place is nice.

I loved Jimmy John's before. Now not so much. They messed up my sandwich by charging $5.50 extra for LIGHT roast beef. They didn't put a drop of roast beef on the sandwich. Then they were SUPPOSED to being a drink n chips for my troubles (which I agreed) and the delivery guy never showed up. I like most Jimmy John's but Rochelle IL failed big time.....Naturally I didn't feel like the manager even cared which is my "accomodations" weren't even met...........I have no choice but to consider this "stealing" since I never got what i paid for. And I'm no troll, I don't need to make up stories......I just want what I paid for.....

Inconsistent hours, I’m sure they loose out on a lot of business when they are never open or don’t offer delivery.
First time having it. Was very good. Employees very nice and courteous. Very clean in there as well. Will definitely eat there again! Ty

Came here at 8:30PM and tried to go through the drive through. The girl had attitude and claimed when they are short staffed they are allowed to close early. Waste of time driving out there.

Haven't had Jimmy John's in so long. And it was exactly how I remembered it. The food was quick and FRESH. The lady over the phone was very helpful with whatever questions I had and the driver was very sweet. Ordered the club lulu and will DEFINITELY be going back for more in the future! Highly Recommend!

I live a little too far for delivery, but I placed my order online and they had it ready when I arrived.Made perfectly, and absolutely delicious!Glad they extended their hours, because this is a great dinner option as well!Will be back
