Staffed by incompetent, slow, rude kids. They told me to park and never made my food. Went in after waiting 15 minutes. They finally started making it. The manager kept my receipt so I couldn't fill out a review with the coupon code. Absolute trash.

I ordered for counter pick up at our local Mcdonald's from the app. It clearly said counter pick up. When I got there they rudely argued with me and said I had to go through the drive thru even when I showed them the order on the phone that said pick up. I finally relented and went through the drive thru, where they proceeded to tell me I had to come inside. I wasted so much time because they messed up reading the order and when we finally got it, it wasn't even right.

Can't say I like this place the employees seem more worried about socializing then service. I've had an order of mine sit behind the counter for over ten minutes and nobody gave it to me. At the time I didn't realize it was mine until they finally handed it to me. The food never seems to be right and more often than not something will be wrong with your order if you use the drive thru.

Insanely upset at the moment. Was enjoying my nuggets and this worker suddenly decided she’s hungry and gets to eat some of my nuggets?? Elyssia was her name? Over the moon with rage. Weight watchers is something that should be in consideration.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a sign on the ramp for people with wheelchairs. It stated “only walkers can use this, stand up.” What the heck.

Went through the drive-thru to get my food the young kid taking my order got attitude with me because apparently they don't know how to listen when I asked a simple question about what came on my food and they then tried to give me something else on my order then when I told them that there wasn't supposed to be anything extra that what I wanted taken off was supposed to be from the food already on there and then you can get Lippy with me they need to get rid of all these young kids and get actual workers heaven forbid any of them actually say anything positive instead of just throw your food at you

Order was incorrect which wasn't the issue. The issue was I had nobody even attempt to even look in my direction to help. Finally a young man comes over, but just ignores me completely and talks with his friend who had just walked up. I let it go for about 30 seconds before I asked him if he'd mind helping a customer first. He just gave me excuses then another employee who has customer service skills came and gave me my correct order. I hope this young man will learn from the experience and do better.

In case you're wondering, they're open FIVE AM to TEN PM. It says 24 hours, I've suggested the change. It's never been 24 hours in the 6 years I've lived here.

kiosk ordering does not promote good customer service. There was no alternative to it. At least not on that Saturday morning. Kiosk ordering takes longer but I get it saves on staff time. They can be doing other things.The young lady who brought our order to the table was very nice.
