My friend ordered a couple of cheeseburgers with ketchup only. They arrived covered with onions and pickles even tho they had the extra piece of paper attached to them with the words ketchup only. He doesn't like onions or pickles and we were already too far down the road to turn back when we got them opened up.
All staff (6) was busy looking at pictures on senior woman's cell phone and not watching order counter. I had to ask the cleaning staff member who takes my order and she yelled at a young adult that I wanted to order food! I ordered and left!

I ordered in advance and wanted to add something. But before I could say my code or anything-she pulled up my order and just said pull forward in almost an angry tone. I pulled up and was disappointed to see a trainer there displaying that kind of attitude. Food was fresh and good but service was lacking.
