This is one of the best taco bells I've been to yet. I make some pretty complicated orders and not once have they failed me. The food is always done properly and they don't skimp on anything. I appreciate this place. Another thing I really appreciate about this taco bell is the CUSTOMER SERVICE is wonderful. The Sterling,IL taco bell forces is to use the kiosk to order our food but every time I come to this one here there is always a human to take my order. That's important to my family and I. I appreciate this taco bell and I hope other ones can be like this one.Vegetarian options: Nearly anything that has meat can be swapped out for beans. I love that option.

$33 FOR THREE PEOPLE! Charged for milk and they don't have milk. Order on kiosk. Returned 1.00 not tax. Food luke warm. Staff acted like not sure what I was talking about. Not nice people. Gave two stars cause the got burrito Supreme order right but over did sauce. Never again at this location.

Reasonable food but sloppily prepared. My soft shell tacos were so bad if it wasn't for the wrapper, most of the ingredients would be missing.

I ordered tacos and asked for no lettuce with a drink. I left and came home only to find the tacos with everything on them. The drink tasted horrible as if the machine wasn’t working properly. Came back to get my order fixed and still had lettuce on them and the free cinnamon twists tasted horrible. My drink wasn’t replaced. Overall, service was horrible and couldn’t even correct the issue accurately.
