Ordered a Western burger..menu says all sandwiches come with lettuce, tomato,onion and pickle. My sandwich had none of that on it. So now the sandwich is just dry. If I knew you weren't going to follow the menu I would have specifically instructed for these items to be added onto the sandwich. This was for my work lunch so I couldn't return it. And I've tried calling the phone number several times and keep getting a busy tone. Terrible.

Its a low key spot. Honestly surprised of how simplisticly delicious everything was. The veggie panini, the breaded shrimp, the onion rings, the southwest egg rolls... all spot on. There was only one gal on so service was a bit slow. My server/bartender was super down to earth too!!
If I could give less than a 1 star review, I would. We swung by the restaurant as it is close to Augustana College. It's a Monday night. You'd think it would be a quick and easy visit. I was wrong. We have been waiting for over an hour. The wait staff stated that only 2 cooks are working tonight as 1 went home early. The bar was not overly crowded. There were only 3 parties ahead of us. We ordered 2 Burgers (the special tonight), chicken wrap & salad. Nothing too crazy. Yet, it was incredibly time intensive. Very disappointing. I would avoid this restaurant...you'll avoid the frustration and disappointment.

The service was very slow. A group came in ahead of me, but 40 minutes to wait is excessive. The food was okay, but the meat on the sandwich was not very tender. There was only one waitress and she was chatty with other people. I won't be back.

The food was horrible..Husband Reuben fatty meat..Spinach dip appetizer came out at end of meal. My brothers tenderloin looked like a burnt fish an curled up..Not one thing would ever make us return..
