I orded a meat lovers pizza. I got half way through the pizza and the sauce was getting very sour and nasty. The store assistant said she tested the sauce and offered $10 in credit, then after further explanation she forced me to take a 50% off coupon and would not give me $10 credit "because it was for a pizza or som'n". No one is scamming you for your bad pizza domino's. I want my $20 back. If you are really poor and think pizza will feed your family, dont order domino's here.

If I’m paying for five toppings, I would like five toppings. Tonight I was told by manager Aubrey that I could have the same topping (extra) twice, but not anymore than that.. it would have to be a different topping. -it shouldn’t matter what I choose as it’s on the website & it doesn’t say I can’t do that. In fact I was kindly accommodated with the pizza I wanted (the same I tried ordering tonight) not to long ago. -I guess it just depends on who answers the phone that wants to help you. Horrible customer service. If this is a rule, it should be on the website. As a paying customer, I should get what I want ordered.

I waited online for 13 min and finally drove to store to order...I was told 30 min and Eben I went to drive up in 30 min it hadn't even been made.. the gentleman was polite but said they are very busy and very behind..had I been able to place my order over the phone I wouldn't have had to wait outside for an

I ordered for pickup over the phone. I think the company uses a call service, which I'm not happy with. They shouldn't have people answer phones that aren't informed about their menu. I won't call again, so that's an easy solution, and will stick with online ordering.The pizza I ordered this time had the wrong sauce, and was over cooked. I'm normally pretty satisfied with Domino's. i hope that this unfortunate visit isn't predictive of future service there

Very disappointed withe food. The boneless wings were burnt and tasted terrible. The chicken Alfredo had no taste to it and was burnt on the too. Pizza was ok. Slow service at pick up window to pay cash. In all food was not good. Will not return to Dominoes in Rock Island

My pizza waa better this last visit, as I was told the the former gm no longer works there which made a difference. Because he never wanted to fix issues so after months and months later I decided to give them another chance and it was better!!! I would recommend them! ???

Gave me wrong boxes, called the store when I saw it at home. Not dragging 2 kids back to store right away for new ones. Store credit only covers half of it since I used points. My kids aren't eating this pineapple pizza...lady that answered at the store was not very helpful or sympathetic. If I go back it won't be this location.
