I came 7 min before they closed and was refused service. If you have a time that you close, you honor it. I tapped my hand to tell them it's still during business hours but they still insisted they were closed, thus prompting this review. Do better.

What is going on with this place? My wife and I stop here every morning to get breakfast on our way to work and EVERY DAY they mess up our order. It’s gotten to the point to where we go to see how long they will continue to mess it up. I literally order the same item every time; a sourdough breakfast sandwich with sausage and not bacon. It says it on the order ticket too… what do I get every single time? Bacon lol. Order an unsweetened iced tea? No, you’ll get a sweet iced tea.

The people working there, especially on Sunday mornings. Act like they really hate their job and they really hate people.. Their donuts are never fresh. And the glazed donuts have absolutely nothing on them almost. You can't even barely see the glaze. And the way they put my frosted donuts in the bag. They were upside down so that the frosting came off of them. Wasted a complete thirty dollars. And I don't know what the heck is wrong with their mocha frappuccinos, but they taste really gross. They don't taste like mocha frappuccinos

Went inside to order because I didn't want to wait in the long drive thru line, should have stayed in the drive thru. I waited 5 minutes to put in my order and the another 30 minutes to get it, and the servers were just horribly rude. Back to Starbucks I go!!!
Waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru we didnt move a car length. Went inside and the workers walked away from the counter. They obviously didn't want to be there. Not like they are making the doughnuts fresh right then. Service was

Back in the day before they built the donut shop I used to crawl around and forage for bugs in the empty lot

The little girls at this location are either potheads or just dumb and childish. Ordered a coffee. Got the wrong size and said something about it. The girl snatched it from me and ran back into the kitchen giggling. At that point all I heard was ice so my very specific coffee was simply put in a bigger cup with more ice and my directions (extra cream and sugar) were ignored. When they gave it back it was all messy and I didn’t get a “sorry about that “ just a “here” and close the window. Coffee was so burned at half way I put more milk to fill it again and it was still too strong.. every time I go the coffee is worse and the price is higher. DONT COME HERE.

I wish I had read some of the reviews out there before stopping at this location this morning. I paid slightly over $10 with tax for a milk, hashbrowns and a bacon, egg, croissant. Plenty as a fast food breakfast goes....for pretty good food, you would expect.What I received was 4-5 small, burnt hash rounds. The bag was barely 1/4 full. No I didn't even try one, too burnt. The croissant was burnt, no two ways about it. Looking at photos of others showing burnt croissants from this location, mine was not burnt as badly. Lucky me, I guess Some of this goes back 3 years with burnt food. Now it's just not burnt as bad. Maybe they're improving? I ate around what I could skipping the burnt, threw the rest away as well as all of the hash rounds. Quite a waste.The milk was fine That's already bottled, they don't touch that, thank Heaven.
