I’ve already made up my mind that I won’t be returning either.I knew as soon as I pulled the sandwhich from the bag & it held no weight that I was about to be pissed off!$7 for more STALE/dry bread than meat. SMH!The “sauce” was never added!Waste of time & money!

Every time that I have gone to Jimmy John's the workers have been polite, fast, and efficient. Today one of the workers began my order as sweet as can be. I noticed that I was missing a sandwich and there was a discrepancy with my receipt. I asked her very nicely and then the worker throw her hands up in the air and started using profanity and saying she can not take this. She went from 0 to 100. She seemed a little unstable and really under pressure with the demands of fast food and the heat. Management came over and stated that they will void my order and I must apology I did not fully understand that at the time that they were giving me a refund for her behavior and the simply misunderstanding of my order. I waited in line for about 15 minutes which I did not mind and I really appreciate with the courtesy of free food. But upon my waiting, I observed meat sitting out of a cooling compartment on the counter in customer view, with a box of gloves near by. The workers were trying to make orders for other customers and it appeared to be a problem with the cash register freezing and not accepting card payments. The manager personally walks up and hands me my missing sandwich with one receipt and I asked for my other and he changed his story about not being able to give it to me. Earlier he said that he needed to hold it until the order was complete. At that time, I demanded my receipt; never have I heard of a company keeping your receipt and I paid for my meal. The manager is clearly upset and walks away and makes a phone call. I check my online bank account and see that he has credited my meal that the worker had made an error with and I called the store and personally apologized for demanding my receipt. I really did not realize that he had refunded me and I truly appreciate this professionalism and customer service. So this review is a lot, and I wish I would had reviewed them sooner, because I have never had any problems and my visit today was a little bit of both good and bad. The frustrated worker was out of line, and so was I with my tone of voice with the manager in the end, but the manager was trying his best. It really was miscommunication. The worker could have been better and management is appreciated.

I called and ordered my sandwich at 7:27... pulled up to pick up my sandwich and there were 2 other cars in the drive thru so i pull up... this is around 7:45.... im just now getting my food and it is 8:20.... it should never take this long.
Worst jimmy John's ordered 1 fkn sandwich 45 minutes ahead so I could enjoy my lunchbreak and had to wait an extra 15 minutes when I got there 10 minutes to eat my lunch.

What can I say about jimmy johns other than it’s a freaky fast sub shop! This location is always clean, friendly and of coarse fast! Good subs it’s my go to for low carb options when you order any sub as an unwich! It’s surprisingly really good! I can’t believe that I think I like the unwich better. They’re just very refreshing and summery.
