extremely rude and lazy at this location, came in wanting to order some mac and cheese and buscuits and they said they were out ofit, i asked when will they have it available and she said i dont know, theyre so miserable here and are always rude just walked out instead of dealing with them cus i couldnt even comprehend the lazziness just calling corporate tomorrow

They definitely need to give them employees/kids at this place in check. They are rude all the time!! The mac and cheese is constantly burnt the frues are always stale. And again the kids hired there have terrible

Stopped in on a Saturday night at 8:45 (website said they closed at 9:30) tried to order a 20pc extra crispy meal with sides to go. Cashier/crew member stated they could not make anymore chicken because they closed in 30 minutes, which was 15 minutes earlier than the website stated. Advised us to check Moline they were open til 10PM when called at 8:50 they stated they didn’t have anything but original for the rest of the night. I’m a little confused as to why they can’t cook food for an order while they’re still open. That’s just bad customer service. And as much I love your extra crispy chicken I don’t think I would risk not being able to order my food again so we probably won’t be back.

I just came in around 11:20pm I ordered a #12 with mash potatoes and I got this. The pop is flat and it’s not even the right sandwich either. It was Mayo on it. It’s supposed to have spicy sauce.

Unique taste. Reasonably priced. No table service, or at the counter. Bus your own tables. Serve your own drinks for the drink machine, Fair variety. I know some places with better Fried Chicken, but KFC is a known commodity, you don't have to search for it, a decent value.

The worst drive thru service same hoever the girl at the window misses half my order then I have to knock on window to tell her and she acts as if I have done something wrong I called to complain only for the same girl to answer and hang up on me ,ho into the store and thr manager on duty was apologizing but I'm still never visiting this location again .
