Our family went in for dinner tonight. We sat for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The waitress brought us drinks, chips and salsa. We waited for another 30 minutes without anyone coming back to our table. Multiple other tables who arrived after us were greeted and served food. We watched another table leave because they were being ignored also.

I use to love this place as kid, came to visit when I was in town, it’s definitely gone down hill. I ordered the large combo, almost every thing was cold or room temperature.The chicken was watery no flavor to it. The beef was just dry and no flavor. Service was non existent didn’t check on us at all no water refills. Sad to see it like this.

Food was absolutely delicious and came out very quick. The service on the other hand, was terrible. We had the burrito grande and it was huge. Had to go get our own knife to cut it with. Server never came to see how we were doing. No refills. Never even came back to get our to go order. Both servers sat at the counter on our phone. The only positive of the service is they treated every table like us. The food might bring me back but if the service is the same, will never come back.

Food was delicious, service was excellent. On the other hand, the cook was ringing the bell various of times & started getting a bit annoying. Other customers seemed kind of annoyed as well! I will def be back tho!

2nd time coming. 1st time was great. Amazing staff, food and drinks. This time not so much. Food was stale. Pretty sure our margaritas had zero alcohol in them. My husband got a coors light that was "sour". It was expired. The waitress was on her phone the whole time chewing on something while she took our order and gave us our bill. Zero apologies or cares for the expired beer. Will NEVER go back.

Bought my usual LG combo. The waitress handed me the bag and it wasn't til I got half way home my food boxes and salsa started to fall out. When I got home everything had been standing on its head a fallen together. The food was as cold as could be and there was something in the tomales that I still can't identify. This is the food I usually get and the last two times it's been awful. Won't be back.

Old Mexico has always been a family favorite but there's been a decline over the last few months. We seem to end up with the same waitress who doesn't appear to like her job too much. On our most recent visit, it took over ten minutes just to acknowledge us. The queso is sometimes delicious and sometimes cold and pasty. The al pastor tacos are consistently good but other dishes, are hit or miss depending on the day.
