Rudy's has not changed in 20 plus years. Cannot remember when the last time I was at Rudy's. Left Rock Island back in 2004. Ate at Rudy's many times and the Tacos were wonderful. Plus the price was right.

When we arrived, we were greeted with snarky, "hello's" and the staff seemed irritated that we walked in. When I went to order my food, the waitress walked away and I had to stop her. She was rude when I asked to add a vegetable side. When the food came out, she slammed the plates on the table and walked away. She asked if we needed anything else while walking away. She refilled our drinks after we paid our check, which made no sense. I wasn't able to finish my food and ended up getting sick all night with food poisoning. The staff was rude, playing on their phones, and the restaurant was dirty. I will never go again and I recommend you don't do either.

I had my last meal from this place. Steak Tacos shells were so hard could not even eat them. $ 15.00 in the trash. I'm done with this store making bad food.

It was my moms b day and the girls all made her feel very special and gladly took multiple pictures for us, out waitress even bought my moms drink for her then we didn't realize the time go by so fast and it a as closing time but they never once made us feel like we needed to go or reminded us if the time. They were so great with absolutely everything. My mom had a great time and was smiles the whole time, thatbk u Milan Rudy's staff for making my feel extra special and for the excellent customer service and a special thank u to our waitress for the extra you put in to us that u didn't have to do, we appreciate you and I would recommend them to everyone I know and don't know, we will most definitely be back

The garnish seemed like it was older. Wilted lettuce and soft tomatoes. I ordered the large combo and a cheese crisp. Everything was pretty good but the garnish. They also reported they had no hot sauce only medium. I was a bit disappointed in that. Gave 5 stars for atmosphere because I dined out.

I ordered a burger and when it came out, I noticed the bun was bigger than the burger, the bottom bun was soggy from absorbing the grease, it was dry and tasteless. As well as had limp shredded lettuce that tasted like bag shredded lettuce like it hadn't been washed. I asked for ranch, and they don't even make their own ranch dressing. Disappointed and dissatisfied is the least of the experience I had.Other than the food, the server was very good with all details, kept coming back to check drink refills or if anything else was needed. She did apologize for not liking the end results of the menu item that I ordered, but I told her it wasn't her fault, but more so the food industries for wanting to raise their pieces but lower the quality of their product.I wouldn't suggest to anyone, but I also wouldn't stop others from getting their own experience. But everyone can have a different experience ?

8 tacos with 2 ice tea's with tip $45 out the door. Have to start having tacos nights at home. They were tasty but a little flour with a spoonful of meat, ridiculous. I'm not sure the food service industry will make it.
