My husband and I had a very exceptional experience at this location. This site was very busy and the whole time the lady that was working remained calm and was very quick in getting the line down. I admire her work ethic and strong leadership abilities that she showed from the moment we walked in the doors. Whole time she had a smile. Made our day!!!! Thank you for the reminder of showing the goodness and kindness in a fast paced world. God bless

Custom service sucks today after a 30 min wait lady fixed my sandwich and proceeded to take another person order so I asked her to ring me up and let me go my lunch break is over she says we're busy right now I said yeah so ring me out and then she hung up my order and paid and she threw the receipt and thanked the other customer for being patient and that lady wasn't even waiting no way near as long as me but the rolled her eyes at me like 30 minutes meant nothing to me got my lunch but didn't have time to eat it ???

just door dashed subway and they got one of my sandwiches completely wrong. they included the wrong chips and didn’t include either drinks we ordered. last time i ordered from them my sandwich was so drenched in sauce the meat fell right out and i couldn’t hold the sandwich without it falling apart. they also are hanging up my calls when i try and call this location.

I won't be back . One visit help over whelmed . Very slow . Next visit . Only 1 kind of bread . No beef , ham , or bacon . The next visit . I had a cupon . When I got to checkout . The young lady said " I saw you had a cupon but it isn't good for that sandwich . Maybe should have brought that up before . I'll try the one in Moline .

The guy working the a.m. shift today is an absolute beast of a customer service employee.Worked alone for 5 hours through lunch rush, and I watched him knock out 2 rushes 100% solo, all while staying cool and friendly, and simeoultaneously explaining to both pickups and walk-ins about being out of 2 of their popular meatsWhen someone finally made It in at 3pm to help him I didn't really hear much complaining out of him when he could've easily just started going off to his coworker about how busy a day it was and how he was alone. I worked in a similar shop for 11 years and that's what almost always happens, instant complaining. But nope, he just kept doing his work and friendly chatting with his coworker.If I had 3 wishes from this visit, they'd be that they weren't out of my favorite meats (not his fault, and probably not even the stores fault), that I had enough money to tip him $20, and that I had caught his name.Godspeed young man, and keep doin gods work ??Side note: ice machine was broken, that was a bit of bummer as well, but that's on ownership ?‍♂️

Been here quite a few times. Sometimes the food is hit or miss. Ordered food online and asked for it toasted and they made the sandwich not only wrong but didn’t toast it either. They said it was broken and that’s why but I feel they should have called to make sure it was okay as it is not okay for me to eat it since i’m pregnant. They also missed the mayo completely and previously i’ve asked for “a little bit of mayo” and then give me “lite mayo”. They are two different mayos. Very unhappy this time cause now it’s a waste of $12 when I would’ve just told them i’d try else where.

Place is a dump and the workers are definitely on drugs my experiences have been nothing short of horrible and the food is never right if ordered on app and you get the bare minimum at best.

The worst subway. They are always out of everything. It is over two hours until they close and they are out of meatballs, steak, and ham. This is not the first time.

Subway was good. The sandwich was well made, but the womens bathroom lite was not working. I was told the bathroom was working. I had to use the mens. Also i didn't receive napkins and couldn't find any. Good Sandwich though.

I came to this store after confusion with my online order. They were SLAMMED. The phone is not working, and I was frustrated but the manager jumped in and took care of me in a flash. Everyone in here has a good attitude and worked their tails off to take care of everyone in line. I could not leave without letting you know THANK YOU!!!

The workers here are always on some bull bull. They are slow as shi and always talking bad about their coworkers AND they are complaining.. like I get that ur stressed but why are you making my Spicy Italian in slow motion ?‍♀️
