This place is a joke. Literally ignoring people in the lobby. I've been here over 10 minutes. I understand that you are busy and short staffed but you have cooks standing in the kitchen doing nothing. You are answering drive thru steadily but ignoring lobby completely. At least communicate with your customers

Went through drive through, ordered 2 combo meals got the drinks the fries and only 1 of the sandwiches. Went to go in to get the sandwich dining room closed. I walked up to the window, and the employee yelled we don't do walk ups! Not can I help you not hello nothing. Other employee laughed and went and got my sandwich and gave it to me. No f's given, and very rude. Hire better people or maybe just nicer people.

Very messy, unfriendly, takes very long to get order, when you go through drive through you sit at the ordering station forever while they say one second multiple seconds everytime you go and then people get mad

Just left from the drive through the manager that's working right now gave me my order cold The nuggets and Fry's and I asked for no mayonnaise on my spicy chicken sandwich and received just just a chicken sandwich no lettuce and tomato half done food I paid for 3 orders bad management on this shift that closes horrible service just took my money with no problem and served me a trashy meal unacceptable selling half cooked food the morning shift is great the closing shift needs disciplinary actions admittedly

This location just slaps their sandwiches together. I paid $7 for a burger, and the toppings were everywhere. The ketchup was all over and the fries cold.

It's always been fairly clean and my order is always correct. I ask for no bun and extra lettuce to have a reduced wheat/gluten meal.Dietary restrictions: Reduced gluten options are available if you are creative. Ask for no bun and extra lettuce to use in place of the bun.

I really tried to give this location a chance. But I guess their computer system is always messed up. My order is either wrong or "never shows up". They rarely open on time and when they do, they're never prepped. Always out of food. I blame management.

They were more worried about talking amongst themselves then helping anyone at the front counter. Was there for 10 minutes before I unassigned myself from the order I was picking up and left. I refuse to go in here again I decline every offer for pickup at this location. Staff and management could definitely benefit from a customer service training class.

I believe Wendy's to have the best fast food fries: natural cut with sea salt is great. The $5 bag meal is a good deal, but pretty blah. That said, this location is pretty consistent.

LISA YOU MADE ME THE WORST HAMBURGER I EVER HAD AND THEN TRIED TO TELL ME I ASKED FOR EXTRA KETCHUP WHEN I SAID NO KETCHUP PLUS I ASKED FOR 444 AND YOU SAID THERES ONLY 5 DOLLAR BIGGIE BAGS NOW BUT I ONLY COME TO WENDY TO GET A 444 NOW LOOK AT WHAT YOU DID LISA I JAVE TO WRITE AN ANGERY REVIEW ON GOOGLE MAP BECUASE YOU DIDNT GET NY ORDER CORRECT! Employee and male were loudly discussing a personal problem the entire time I was there. They had no consideration for a restaurant atmosphere. Her companion was not a customer. Very unpleasant atmosphere.
