Got together with family to break bread together! The food... Chicken Alfredo was good with my mozzarella sticks. And the Shark drink was busting. I'm like hold up,I need another one. Good atmosphere. Laughing and talking watching the game, movie ot TV .

PLEASE Don’t go there when we came stood around waiting for someone to sit us than she picks a table next to ice and garbage on the floor and the front of the restaurant had food and paper towels on the floor as soon as you walk in I thought they didn’t have enough staff because they have a sign that says now hiring. Won’t be back it’s a disappointment we were traveling from out of town and I have never seen a Applebees nasty like this was..

Worst service that I have ever had at an Applebee's, or any other sit down restaurant. It started out fine, but soon fell apart. I had ordered decaf, which she made fresh (for which I was grateful), but I said I would be needing cream when I ordered. When she brought the coffee, I reminded her of the cream, but she didn't hang out long enough to hear me. It took five minutes to flag down another server to get my cream. However, when we had finished our meals, it took at least fifteen minutes, waiting for our bill. Even then, my husband had to flag down a manager to get it. While we were talking to her, I let her know that the table behind us had not yet been approached to order their food. I have never left a smaller tip in my life! The service wasn't bad, it was atrocious.

We enjoyed our meal and our server was good. However, we arrived and ordered by 8:30, with the understanding that kids eat free (see picture). Our bill arrived at 9:13 and we were admonished that kids only eat free until 9 p.m. Well, we had ordered at 8:30, so.....Also, nowhere is it advertised that "night" ends at 9 p.m. They did ultimately honor the free kids meals, but it required a push back. "Rules" should be clearly posted on the menu, in the restaurant, or described by the server. Had we known there was a 9 p.m. cutoff, we would have requested our bill earlier. We will be unlikely to return to this particular Applebee's.

Omg I stopped in today 3/9/24 with my great grandson and my grandsons I’m holding my great grandson and nobody tried to seat us the server looks at me and walk off . So i decided to just go in seat myself when I tell you absolutely no one talked to us I get the attention of the young lady I saw earlier to bring us some menus and she disappeared again so now I see another young lady to order and she tells me I have to wait that’s when I said enough is enough and walked outTerrible does not describe the service I got the service I got61 year old great grandmother got treated like this

This place was the only place open for a sit down restaurant after 7p we had high hopes thinking it’s gotta be good since they have business. Nope apparently they forgot how to train waitresses. She was nice enough but a simple thing as getting a straw for my drink not once but twice was a lot of struggle for her, not just cause she never showed up at the table. The building wasn’t even full and the other table was complaining about the same things we were.

Unprofessional hostess working. Would not allow several customers while there was currently a 20-30 minute wait time ... to sit at the bar area because " other customers ruined it for everybody by eating at the bar!" Several empty tables available. Once seated and still waiting to order ... three BBW make their way to the bar and are catered to, drinks served and food orders taken before our waitress even greets us. Once we do order, their food is delivered before we even get our drink order which was made wrong.

The all you can eat ribs were awful, and everything took forever. When we were done, we were thinking about leaving without paying cause it took forever for the waitress to bring the bill. We will not go there again.

The food would have been wonderful if the waitress had actually listened to the order. Management tried to fix it, and still it was wrong. In the waitresses defense, she was the only server in the whole place. Which doesn't make sense, when there is a manager on duty.
