The ice cream is SUPER soft! That's not what Baskin Robbins is known for. If I wanted soft ice cream I would go to Dairy Queen! Newburg Rd Baskin Robbins is so much better. Ice cream is nice, cold and firm!

I love coming here with my granddaughter. We’ve been coming since she was about 1 year old and is now 4. The manager is always very personable and always knows the ice cream flavor my granddaughter likes and she remembers to only put a small amount in her cone. She’s very friendly and smiles and is nice to her co-workers and customers. It’s nice to see a smile on a face when you come in.

Arrived at 8:45 close time said 9:00 saw two customers leaving as we walked up lights on, open sign lit, three girls inside cleaning tables off. Doors were locked and all of them ignored the three families outside looking in. One employee turned off the open sign and mouthed something and another lady started knocking on the door. She finally opened the door and told us all that they closed early to do a deep clean. 15 minutes early on a holiday? We left and went to Culver’s. Seems like this happens a lot per other reviews.

Incredibly disappointed in this Baskin-Robbins. The open sign is lit on their building and online says they don’t close until 10. The door is locked and when I tried to call to ask if they were open (and if they weren’t to tell them to turn off the big OPEN sign) the girl inside looked at phone and then did not answer.I just wanted some ice cream

Very disappointed. Ice cream was not solid and the portion size was skimpy. I asked him if they were having problems with their freezer. The clerk didn’t seem interested with my concerns…neither did his coworkers that were smirking in the background.Better ice cream at Cold Stone and Dari Ripple…more expensive but at least you’re getting what you’re paying for.
